Award Winners Announced Research and teaching award winners were announced at the 2009 State Convention on October 23. New Directors Named in Districts 2, 8, 9, 12 Election results were announced at the Annual Business Meeting. Scott Oates of UW-Eau Claire took office as Second Vice President. WCTE Seeks Input on 2011 Convention The centennial NCTE convention will take place in Chicago.
