The ASC organization is a great opportunity for anyone interested in connecting with other adult/non-traditional students on campus. It is a unique opportunity for people to receive support and knowledge from one another.
Adult Students are also known as non-traditional students, re-entry students, returning students, transfer students, and adult learners.
An adult student is not defined only by age (usually over 24) but whose circumstances are different from the typical traditional student. An individual who may be a parent, married, divorced, single, distance learner, or maybe starting or returning to college after a period of time.
