Men's Team
1998-99 was another highly successful year for the men's
team, highlighted by wining the Association of College Unions
International (ACUI) National Team Championship for the second time
in three years! Other highlights included:
- 5th at the National Intercollegiate Bowling Championships (NIBC)
Qualifying Tournament in Chicago, just missing the 4th place position,
and a trip to the Brunswick NIBC tournament, by 72 pins
- Winning the WCBC title for the 4th consecutive year
- Winning the ACUI Region 8 title for the 4th consecutive year
- Winning the Warhawk Invitational
- Winning UW-Oshkosh Titan Invitational
The 1997-98 season was highlighted by
- Winning the Wisconsin Collegiate Bowling Conference for the
3rd consecutive year
- Winning the ACUI Region 8 Tournament for the 3rd consecutive
year
- Winning the Warhawk Invitational
- Winning the Titan Invitational
- The team was ranked 18th in the nation at one point during the
1997-98 season
1996-97 was highlighted by winning the Association
of College Unions International (ACUI) National Team Championship!
This was UW-W's first ever major bowling championship! Other highlights
included:
- Winning the WCBC title for the second consecutive year
- Winning the ACUI Region 8 titles for the second consecutive
year
- Winning the Warhawk Invitational
- Finishing 7th at the National Qualifier Tournament in Chicago
The 1995-96 season was highlighted by finishing 3rd at
the ACUI National Team Championships, earning a $300 scholarship.

- Winning the Warhawk Invitational Tournament
- Winning the Titan Invitational
- Winning the Wisconsin Collegiate Bowling Conference
- Winning the ACUI Region 8 Tournament

(ACUI) Team Championships in Dayton, OH, finishing 12th out of
20 teams
- A 2nd place finish at the National Bowling Council
Sectional Tournament in Chicago in 1984
- A 12th place finish at the National Collegiate
Match Games in St. Louis in 1984
- A string of eight consecutive years of earning bids to the sectional
qualifying tournament, from 1983 to 1991
