February 7, 2006 Hi Ladies (and Gents)!
Our last general member meeting was held on Tuesday, February 7 at 5:15 p.m.
We discussed our first social of the semester. Golden Key will be going to Milwaukee on Friday, February 24th for a Bucks college night game. We are planning on meeting up with the Milwaukee GK chapter.
The Bowl-A-Thon to help Brody, our honorary members' son, will be tomorrow, Friday, February 10 from 6-8 p.m. at Hawk Bowl.
Robyn discussed the Sophomore Recognition which will be held on Wednesday, April 12th from 4-6 p.m.
Also, the Honorary Member Reception will be on Wednesday, March 8th from 5-6 p.m.-Anyone who wants to help is welcome!
Robyn updated us on the Regional Conference and that we must register by Monday, February 27th. It looks like four board members and one general member will be attending so far.
We discussed several community service options the E-board came up with and most people sounded like they would like to visit the Children's Hospital in Milwaukee and volunteer.
We had cookies and made Valentine's Day cards for the Fairhaven residents.
