Training Opportunities
Part of InterVarsity's purpose is to develop world-changers. Our goal is to prepare students to serve God both during college and beyond graduation, in local churches, missions, and everyday life. We offer a variety of training opportunities to encourage and grow future leaders (this means you!).
Cross Training
- November 6-8, 2009
- Green Lake Conference Center in Green Lake, Wisconsin
- Join IVCF Chapters from Wisconsin for a weekend of great speakers, worship, and tracks.
- Students attending will have a variety of track choices - more information to come this fall.
- Sign-ups begin in October
Urbana 2009
- InterVarsity's 22nd Student Missions Conference
- December 27-31 in St. Louis, MO

- At Urbana 09 you'll learn about critical global issues from dynamic teachers, worship with thousands in one of the most diverse gatherings in North America, and be challenged by missional students and graduates who testify to God's faithfulness to the ends of the earth.
Winter Conference

- This weekend conference will be held on a campus in SE Wisconsin which is TBD.
Chapter Focus Week
- Next offered - May 2010
- CFW will take place in May 2010 during the first full week after the end of the semester. Travel to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan along with other chapters throughout the state to meet God on the shores of Lake Huron. Students are able to choose from a variety of track offerings and hear from a great speaker! Tracks and speaker for this amazing week will be announced in March 2010.
InterVarsity Leadership Institute (IVLI)

- This is a month long training opportunity at Cedar Campus in the UP of Michigan!
- The purpose of the Leadership Institute is to invite, equip and commission the next generation of missional leaders wholly transformed by Christ in heart, mind, soul, and body. These missional leaders embrace the call of leadership in their lives in order to transform the campus, the church, and the world.
